1) WITH lots of twists, turns, and surprises, so you never know what’s coming next, but:
2) WITHOUT any war scenes or graphic violence. (The books will be sent to active-duty soldiers, so that’s the last thing they want to read about in their downtime.)
Any reading level is fine, from young adult fiction all the way through very dense text.
All recommendations appreciated!
