What romance novels should I buy my wife?

I want to order my wife one or more romance novels for Christmas, because she likes them. Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about them, so I don’t know what’s good. Please feel free to make multiple suggestions of titles and/or authors.

I can only provide a couple of clues. The books I see her reading seem usually to take place in a historical setting, but I’m not sure that’s necessarily a preference. The book she is reading now is called “Venus” but I don’t know the author, sorry.

they don’t have recipes from the books, though. they have 2 other recipes and they have a index of the titles of food from the book.
my bad… they have 1-2 a month
