I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Out of the many I’ve seen the best one I’ve ever read is by Dr. Paul Pearsall. It’s called “The Last Self Help Book You’ll Ever Need”. It’s not your usual self help book. Rather, it blows the cover off of the others. I’m not saying they don’t or can’t help but this one takes a totally different approach.I would suggest you try getting it through the library if you don’t want to buy it but I’ll bet after seeing it you will buy it just like I did.
