Mystery Novels?

Mystery Novels
Taurus Sweetie asked:

Does anyone know of any good books on How-to write mysteries?

Or any great mystery novels? And I mean great…like you can’t put them down even if you’re about ready to pass out from lack of sleep and will even forgo eating.

Anything by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I hear that Dame Agatha Christie and James Patterson are pretty good too.
